Who can sell on Sikook?
Home cooks, pastry makers and food creators, as well as cooperatives, producers, terroir brands, shops and fine food stores selling Moroccan products (amlou, spices, argan and oils, terroir products). One rule: it is Moroccan. Restaurants and caterers will join from September 2027.
I live outside Morocco, can I sell?
Yes. Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, London, Montreal, Dubai… Your page shows prices in the local currency and people in your city find you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your business. Home cooks, pastry makers and food creators: no commission until 10 January 2027, then 18% excl. VAT per order (21.6% incl. VAT if you are not registered for VAT), delivery fees excluded (they stay yours), no subscription, and you are free to stop. The commission covers card payment fees and your customers' loyalty points, paid by Sikook. Cooperatives, producers, terroir brands, shops and fine food stores: a subscription of 350 DH excl. VAT per month, paid yearly (4,200 DH excl. VAT), no free months and no commission at all.
How do I get paid?
Cash on delivery: the customer pays you directly. Bank transfer or card (soon): Sikook collects and pays out your share to the account of your business (self-employed, local or foreign company).

Keep them, nothing is exclusive. Sikook brings you people in your city who don't know you yet, and a clean order link to share with your regulars.
Do I need a company or a permit?
You need a legal status to sell: in Morocco, the auto-entrepreneur status is enough and is created online, and a Moroccan company works too. Outside Morocco, you sell under your local status (micro-entreprise in France, self-employed in Belgium, LLC or sole proprietorship in the US…) or through your company. You remain responsible for your country's hygiene rules; our guide helps you.
